Effective for new Funds and Trusts established from 1 January 2022.

The annual fee for Funds where Momentum Waikato is only providing the administration of the Fund’s investment management and the distribution of its proceeds:

· 0.5% (plus GST) of total Fund under management, to a maximum $50,000 per annum.

The annual fee for Funds where Momentum Waikato is providing administration of Fund investment management, distribution of proceeds, AND leadership of the Fund’s growth, as agreed in its Deed of Gift or MOU:

· 1% fee (plus GST) on the Fund’s first $2.5M

· 0.75% fee (plus GST) on the portion of the Fund greater than $2.5M

· Capped at $50,000 per annum.
